J&L Lawn & Landscape is a growing landscaping company that serves the Greater Dayton area with the finest in landscape and lawn care. We are looking to hire great people who want to work with nature and grow their careers in the Green Industry, alongside a great group of friendly team members .

Positions we are currently looking to fill include mowing crew leaders and crew members.

Previous experience of at least one year is required for the crew leader position, and pay is based on experience and competence.

To qualify for our openings, you must meet the following requirements (no exceptions):

• -Have a valid driver's license

• -Be willing to have a flexible work schedule

• -Be drug-free and healthy

• -Be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis

• -Be able to work well with others on a team

• -Be willing to work long and hard when needed

• -Be eligible to work in the US or have a valid work permit

Benefits above base pay include paid vacation, paid holidays, personal time off, retirement contributions, and free breakfast on Friday. Base pay starts at $16 and up. Pay raises are given regularly to those who demonstrate quality work and commitment to their position. Come grow with us!
